I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick visit to the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The bed was really comfortable once I finally got into it. The location is perfect, right by the subway and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and the neighborhood is surprisingly peaceful. The shower products provided were high-end and luxurious. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Location close to public transport and amenities, and Very close to subway station. Also, in the middle of jackson. Big room with comfy bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. The attentive staff working throughout the hotel❤

The room at Sonder The Industrialist was amazing! It had everything I needed, like air conditioning and a wardrobe, which made my stay comfortable. The private bathroom and desk were great too. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV, bed linen, and towels provided. Oh, and there was even a tea/coffee maker in my suite!
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about, but some people might not like the tea/coffee maker.

The staff was kind and helpful. The property had lockers and 24/7 customer service. Cons: Who needs a clean bathroom anyway? The shower curtain sticking to me was just an added bonus. Totally worth the $200/night.
